Spritz on us
It’s finally spritz season and nothing quite beats ordering a refreshing, sunshiny spritz al fresco by the sea…unless it’s also on the house!

Come along to one of our select restaurants and enjoy a spritz on us with any main course.
Harbour Spritz
Mix together 40ml Bombay Sapphire Gin, 20ml Aperol, 15ml elderflower cordial, 20ml lemon juice and 30ml grapefruit juice. Top with prosecco and add ice cubes for an extra chill. Finish by garnishing with a grapefruit slice and mint sprig - summer in a glass!
Hugo Spritz
Gently crush a small handful of mint and place it in the bottom of a large wine glass. Pour over 20ml of elderflower cordial and 20ml Gordon's London Dry Gin. Fill the glass with ice and pour over 25ml soda water and 120ml prosecco and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig before enjoying this refreshing spritz in the sun.
Aperol Spritz
The drink that says summer has arrived! Put a couple of ice cubes into a glass and add 50ml of Aperol and add 75ml prosecco and top up with soda water. Garnish with an orange slice for the Instagram look.
