Located on the outskirts of Grasmere, a couple of minutes from the A591 main north-south route through the Lakes. For those travelling by car, you'll find us at LA22 9RJ. 

The hotel is a 2-hour drive from Manchester Airport, and the nearest train station is Burneside Station, just a 25-minute drive away.

Onsite parking is available and is prioritised for overnight guests and is charged at £10 per night or offered complimentary to those who book directly with us. 

Check in is anytime from 3pm, if you'll be arriving later than 10pm, please call our reception team to reconfirm your booking. Check out is at 11am. You can request a late check-out or early check-in when booking online, or with our reception crew.

Our restaurant, bar and lounge are accessible and we do have rooms with walk-in showers on the ground floor. 

If you require an accessible room, please contact our reservations or reception crew, who can recommend the best room for your stay.

Yes, we have specific rooms that dogs can stay in. Please contact the reservations crew to check availability for this. You're welcome to take your dog on the terrace, but we ask that you keep them on a lead. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, except for service dogs, but they are allowed in the bar and lounge area. There is a charge of £30 per night, per dog (this charge does not apply to service dogs).

Unfortunately, we don't have family rooms at the hotel. 

A few of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed or cot. Please contact our reservation crew to enquire about availability for this. Extra beds are only suitable for children up to 12 years old.
