Across the harbour from Fowey you’ll find Polruan, an ancient mariner and shipbuilding village. Clinging to the hillside, and surrounded on three sides by beautiful cornish water, the sweet little village is a maze of narrow streets and alleyways heading to flights of steps that wind perfectly between the quaint cottages…heavenly!
