Join us from 7pm to be welcomed with an arrival drink. We will be joined by Rossano Sal, a Dorset based Tenor singer who is a talented operatic singer and has performed with the world renowned ‘Mantovani Orchestra’ in concert. He will be joined by operatic favourites throughout the night as you indulge in a delectable five-course Italian-themed menu, expertly crafted by Chef Alex Aitken. If you want to add wine pairings per course, your ticket will be £90 per person.
