FAQs
If you are a hotel guest and have booked directly with us, you are welcome to use our spa facilities for one hour per day, while checked into the hotel, free of charge. This must be pre-booked with our spa reception crew. For those that have not booked direct, there is a charge of £10 per person per hour.
No, as a city-centre hotel on a pedestrianised street, we are not able to offer on-site parking.
Enjoy four hours' spa access for £40 Monday to Thursday, and £45 Friday to Sunday, subject to availability. This includes the use of lockers, towels, robe & slippers. Exclusion times may apply.
Children (under 18yrs) are not permitted to use the spa or gym at any time and our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.
