As a city-centre spa on a pedestrianised street, we are not able to offer on-site parking.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment). Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or, in some cases, cancelled with the full cost charged.
Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.
We can offer our specialist pregnancy treatments once you are over 12-weeks pregnant.
Use of the spa facilities for non-residents is subject to availability on the day. Enjoy complimentary access for two hours if booking a 50-minute spa treatment or longer. This includes access to the facilities and the use of lockers, towels, robe & slippers.
