We have limited on-site parking. On approach to the car park, a member of the crew will greet you.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment). Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or, in some cases, cancelled with the full cost charged.
Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.
We can offer our specialist pregnancy treatments once you are over 12-weeks pregnant.
You may only use the spa facilities before or after a treatment appointment if you have purchased a spa day pass, are a resident of the hotel or are on a spa day. Spa day passes can be purchased for £35 per person from the spa reception. These are not included when booking a spa treatment and are subject to on-the-day availability.
