Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parking for non-residents but there is a public car park opposite the entrance to the hotel.

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment). Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or, in some cases, cancelled with the full cost charged.

Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.

We can offer our specialist pregnancy treatments once you are over 12-weeks pregnant.

No, spa access is exclusive for guests on spa days or residents of the hotel. If you would like access to the HarSPA, our spa days are great value and include a treatment.
