Guests of the HarSPA & Club receive three hours free parking in our hotel car park. Spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed or pre-booked. If there are no spaces available, we can direct you to parking just a few minutes' walk away. 

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment). Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or, in some cases, cancelled with the full cost charged.

Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.

We can offer our specialist pregnancy treatments once you are over 12-weeks pregnant.

No, access to the spa is only included if you have booked a spa day. You can add a day pass to your treatment for £40, Monday to Thursday only.
