Parking is available for all spa guests. You will find the HarSPA entrance through Richmond Hill Hotel Car Park (next door to us). Turn right into the parking area until you see the sign "Additional Parking". Please note parking is only free for four hours and is limited. You must validate your parking by entering your registration plate at the HarSPA reception desk. This parking area is camera monitored by Britannia. We hold no responsibility if you fail to validate your parking.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment). Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or, in some cases, cancelled with the full cost charged.
Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.
We can offer our specialist pregnancy treatments once you are over 12-weeks pregnant.
To use the spa facilities before or after your treatment (and you are not a hotel guest or on a spa day) you will need to purchase a spa pass. These are £50 per adult Monday to Thursday and £55 Friday to Sunday.
