FAQs
Parking is available for all spa guests. You will find the HarSPA entrance through Richmond Hill Hotel Car Park (next door to us). Turn right into the parking area until you see the sign "Additional Parking". Please note parking is only free for four hours and is limited. You must validate your parking by entering your registration plate at the HarSPA reception desk. This parking area is camera monitored by Britannia. We hold no responsibility if you fail to validate your parking.
Four hour passes are sold by our spa reception for customers who aren't staying at the hotel, on a spa day or have a treatment booked with us. These are £50 per adult Monday to Thursday and £55 Friday to Sunday.
Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over. Children (from 3 to 18 years) are welcome to use the swimming pool within the spa only while accompanied by an adult who is a member of the HarSPA & Club.
- Daily from 8.30am to 10am and 4.30pm to 6pm
Children are not permitted to use the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy plunge pool, Scandinavian hot tubs or gym at any time. Children under three years old are not permitted to use the spa.
