FAQs
Guests are welcome to use our spa facilities while checked into the hotel, free of charge.
If you would like to use the spa before checking in or after checking out, you will need to purchase a spa day pass.
Unfortunately, as our on-site car parking is limited, we aren't able to offer parking to guests using St Ives HarSPA. There is public parking nearby.
Enjoy four hours' spa access for £40 Monday to Thursday, and £45 Friday to Sunday, subject to availability. This includes the use of lockers, towels, robe & slippers. Exclusion times may apply.
