Unfortunately, as our on-site car parking is limited, we aren't able to offer parking to guests using St Ives HarSPA. There is public parking nearby.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment). Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or, in some cases, cancelled with the full cost charged.
Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.
We can offer our specialist pregnancy treatments once you are over 12-weeks pregnant.
No, access to the spa is only included if you have booked a spa day. Once you have booked a spa treatment, you can add a spa day pass to your purchase for or £25 per hour or £45 for three hours, subject to availability.
