You'll find us on Manor Road in Sidmouth, Devon - EX10 8RU. 

The hotel is a 25 minute drive from Honiton Station, a 35 minute drive from Exeter Station and a 20 minute drive from Exeter Airport.

We have car parking onsite for residents. However, spaces are limited. 

If no spaces are available when you arrive, we recommend parking your car in the Manor Road Long Stay Car Park, just across the road from the hotel. Please note this is a pay-and-display car park, charged at £8 per 24 hours. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parking for non-residents.

Check-in is anytime from 3pm, if you'll be arriving later than 10pm, please call our reception team to reconfirm your booking. Check-out is at 11am. You can request a late check-out or early check-in when booking online, or with our reception crew.

Yes, we have ground level entrances and lifts throughout the hotel. We also offer rooms with walk-in showers that are close to the lift for easy access.

If you require a more accessible room, please contact our reservations crew who can advise on availability.

We have specific rooms that dogs can stay in. Please contact the reservations crew to check availability for this. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the bar, restaurant, lounge areas or other public areas, except for service dogs, but can go on the terrace on a lead. There is a charge of £15 per night, per dog (this does not apply to service dogs).

No other pets are permitted.

We don't have family rooms at the hotel, but we do have some connecting rooms at the hotel - you are unable to book these rooms online, so please contact the reservations crew to enquire about availability. 

A few of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed or cot. Please contact our reservation crew to enquire about availability for this. Extra beds are only suitable for children up to 12 years old.
